Refunds
Remote Connections
We check each connection we do and ensure that the remote access is fully functional before requesting payment for remote connections. If, for whatever reason we cannot get the remote access to work, we don’t request payment. For this reason we do not offer refunds on remote connections.
Dynamic Hosts
We offer a refund period of 14 days from when a dynamic hosting account has been created. Any requests for a refund outside of this period will not be authorised.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account, or refunded to your debit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
