You will need to connect your DVR/NVR or IP Camera to your router or other network point; we will then walk you through the required settings needed to see your device on the local network.

We can then set up your routers’ port forwarding and firewall rules to allow remote connection to your CCTV.

Desktop Shotcuts

Once we have configured and tested the system, we create a handy shortcut on your PC, and install any required plugins for a simple click and go desktop connection with no fuss.

Smartphone & Tablet Setup

We will advise on the very best up-to-date mobile applications for your CCTV and walk you through the app installation and set up from start to finish.

Fixed Low Price

Our complete start to finish service has a fixed price of just £47.00 no matter how long it takes and if for any reason we are unable to complete the connection you wont pay a penny.

What Do You Need to Do?

Connect Recorder To Your Router

Make sure you have a network cable running from your CCTV recorder to the broadband router.
If your router is in a different location to your recorder and running a cable is difficult or not possible then there are a number of ethernet over power adapters and other access points available. Feel free to contact us for assistance.

Router Password

Check that you know your router password (if it has been changed) and your DVR/NVR password.
If you haven’t changed your router password then many common routers from major internet providers will have the default password printed on the back. We also have a list of default user names and passwords here.

Fixed IP Address?

Confirm whether or not you have a fixed IP address from your Internet Service Provider.

Again there are few recorders that don’t have an easy to use android mobile application for both smart phones and tablets. We will ensure this is all up and running on your device as part of our complete service.

Windows Mobile

Not all CCTV recorder/cameras have a windows mobile applications as yet although this is fast changing. The more windows devices that hit the market, the more incentive there is for developers to produce Windows apps, so its only a matter of time.
