Connect Recorder To The Network
Connect the DVR/NVR or IP Camera to the clients router or network port using a standard network patch cable. You can also use powerline adaptors running a cable is difficult. Feel free to call for more information
Router Password
Ask your client for the user name and password for their broadband router. Many routers will have the default information printed on the reverse or the router. You will also need to know the recorder password if one has been set.
Connect PC to Network
You will need to have a PC or Mac connected to the same router. This can be your clients PC or your own but we are not able to connect to an Android, IOS or Window Mobile Tablet – it must be a desktop or laptop PC or MAC
Fixed IP Address?
Confirm whether or not your client has a fixed IP address from their Internet Service Provider. Click here for more for information about IP addresses. If they can’t get one, don’t worry. We can set you up a Dynamic Hosting Account for £59 per year

Fixed Low Price
